Sweet Sixteen

16 is such an exciting milestone for any teenager; some say 16 is the new 18. RAE Affairs got the chance to plan the Sweet 16 party for an amazing 16 year old Ope on June 24, 2011 at the Double Tree Hotel in Columbia Maryland. Ope was only particular about two things; that all her guest got to dance and have a good time, and that there was enough food and drinks. The elements of Ope’s party were inspired by Paris her favorite city (the Eiffel Tower cake, to the blue up-lights and the caricature artist.) The pictures show it all. Happy Birthday again Ope and I had fun planning your party.
